CVK8 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & Policies

1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the CVK8 platform ("CVK8", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). CVK8 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides services in Bangladesh and other approved regions.

Key terms used throughout these conditions are defined below:

• "Platform" — CVK8's website, mobile app, and all associated digital services.
• "Account" — A registered user's personal profile on CVK8.
• "Balance" — funds held in the user's account.
• "Bonus" — A promotional offer or reward granted by CVK8.
• "Bet" — A wager placed by the user on any game or event.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

2 Account Registration

A valid account is required to access CVK8's services. You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration. CVK8 reserves the right to suspend any account created using false information.

• A valid mobile number or email address
• Residential address
• Preferred currency (BDT)

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any deposited funds may be forfeited. CVK8 reserves the right to verify any account and may request additional documentation if necessary.

Users are fully responsible for the security of their own accounts. We strongly advise against sharing your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact CVK8 Support immediately.

3 Age Requirement & Eligibility

CVK8 is firmly committed to protecting minors. CVK8 reserves the right to verify age at registration and at any point thereafter. Providing false information about age will result in:

• The account will be terminated immediately
• All deposited funds will be forfeited
• Legal action may be taken in accordance with applicable law

Additionally, using CVK8 from any region where online betting is prohibited by law is not permitted. It is entirely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws and regulations of their place of residence.

4 Deposits & Payments

To deposit funds into your CVK8 account, please use one of the following approved payment methods:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank transfer (selected banks)
• Other payment gateways approved by CVK8

Please keep the following in mind when making a deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is set by CVK8 and is subject to change at any time.
• The account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Third-party payments are not accepted and any such deposits will be refunded.
• CVK8 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

CVK8 reserves the right to decline or refund any deposit, particularly if suspicious activity is detected. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw funds from CVK8:

• The account's KYC verification must be completed
• The source of deposited funds must be verifiable
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit

Withdrawal Processing Time

• BKash / Nagad / Rocket: 1–4 hours (on business days)
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days

CVK8 reserves the right to hold withdrawals and conduct an investigation in cases of suspected irregularity. Additional documentation may be requested during this period. Funds will not be released until the investigation is concluded.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

CVK8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free bets, and more. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Each bonus is available to a user once only.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, CVK8 may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on CVK8:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled.
• CVK8 reserves the right to set maximum stake limits on any bet.
• CVK8 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• CVK8 reserves the right to void bets where match-fixing or unfair advantage is suspected.
• Delays in live betting are normal, and CVK8 is not obligated to accept any claims arising from latency issues.

All game results on CVK8 are considered final. For any disputes, please contact CVK8 Customer Support. CVK8 reserves the right to make the final decision on all disputes.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CVK8 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Abusing or deliberately exploiting the bonus system
• Fraud, cheating, or money laundering
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to CVK8 systems
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information
• Using any software, bots, or automated methods against CVK8
• Harassment of other users or inappropriate conduct
• Using CVK8's intellectual property or brand without authorization

If any of the above activities are detected, CVK8 will immediately suspend or terminate the account, forfeit any deposited funds, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

CVK8 may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request (Self-Exclusion)
• For legal or regulatory reasons

Users may request account closure at any time. It is strongly advised to withdraw all available balance before closing the account. If a balance remains in an inactive account, CVK8 will send a notification.

10 Responsible Gaming
